GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Deadline for abstract submission: May 12th 2017

• Abstracts must be submitted online at : Submit Abstract.
• Abstracts must be in English and structured in 'Title' (max 20 words), 'Authors' (max 30 words), 'Affiliations' (max 50 words), 'Background' (max 100 words), 'Methods' (max 100 words), 'Results' (max 150 words), and 'Conclusions' (max 100 words).
• Do not use abbreviations.
• All undergraduate students are welcomed to attend the PhD meeting as audience. Registration and abstract submission are not expected. Please contact us by sending an email at phd_meeting@marionegri.it

Please note: the submitting author must be the first author of the abstract and the presenting author at the PhD Students Meeting.

Registration fee

The registration fee is 30€ for external students. It must be payed by bank transfer after confirmation of participation. Bank details will be communicated by e-mail.
